Hand thrown cups in a mix of brown and white clay.
The clay is mixed in varies combinations before thrown on the wheel into cups. The water and circulation on the wheel divides the 2 colours into patterns of its own. Once the cups are being trimmed, the beautiful patterns reveals under the first layer – and reminds me of the bark on the birch trees, or marble inside the cliffs. Each cup has its own pattern and colours can vary as well as the sizes.
