Payment & Prices
In the webshop you can pay by VISA, VISA Dankort, MasterCard or American Express – there is no fee when paying by creditcard.
The amount will be withdrawn once the products has been dispatched from our stock. All our prices are specified in DKK, EUR and USD and include 25% VAT, unless the products has been bought from a non-european country. The shipping fee is added to the price.
We practice a 14 days right of withdrawal policy.
Purchasing of products
When purchasing on this webshop, you are required to provide personal information, such as name, address, payment information etc. This is to make it possible for us to complete the order – the information will only be accessible for Trine Fournais. After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation of your order via e-mail.

Please check the contents on receipt of the package. If the package or its contents are damaged, please report it to the chosen distributor immediately, or within minimum 2 days of receipt and return the products to us. Trine Fournais Ceramics is not responsible for goods damaged in transit. We always pack our products securely in order to minimize damage.
Products that are in stock will be delivered within 2–3 working days in Denmark, 7 working days in the EU and 14 working days outside of the EU.
If you wish to return an item, you must do so within 14 days. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return of items.
When returning products, please be sure that they are packed securely as the customer is responsible for the products from the time of delivery and up until they are returned to us.
To comply with the 14 day period, the products in question must be returned as new and unused within that time period. You are required to inform us that you wish to withdraw your purchase from the day of delivery. Please notify us via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunding the purchase price
When the product has been received and approved, the purchase price will be refunded as soon as possible. The customer is responsible for the costs associated with the return of the purchase.
In the event of depreciation that you are liable for, the amount will be deducted from the purchase price. We will refund the amount via the same payment method that was used to place the original order. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the item(s) again, unless you have before hand supplied documentation that the item(s) has been returned to us.
When you shop at www.trinefournais.com, you are covered by a 24 month warranty. This means that the purchased product can either be repaired or replaced, your money may be refunded or you may be given a reduction in price – all is depending on the specific situation. It is naturally a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other negligent behaviour. You must make your complaint within a ’reasonable amount of time’ after you have discovered the defect. If you take action within two months of the defect being discovered, the warranty will be applicable.
When you return the product, please state what the problem is and provide as many details as possible. Remember that the product must always be returned in protective packaging and remember to get a receipt for shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping expenses.

In order to enter into an agreement, we require the following information:

We register your personal information in order to be able to carry out your order. When collecting personal information via our webhop, we ensure that it is always according to your express consent so that you are aware of exactly which information is collected and why. No personal information registered with Trine Fournais will be transferred or made available to any third parties. All information is stored safely and is only accessible to us. All information is stored for five years, after which all data is deleted. When registered with us, you always have the right to object to registration. You also have the right to inspect the information registered about you. These rights are protected by the Danish Act on Processing of Personal Data.

You have the right to complain
If you wish to complain about your purchase, please contact customer services on email@example.com.
If a solution cannot be found, you can file a complaint to the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority by mail, firstname.lastname@example.org, as long as your complaint fulfils the conditions.
