If the package or its contents are damaged, please report it to the chosen distributor immediately, or within minimum 2 days of receipt and return the products to us. Trine Fournais Ceramics is not responsible for goods damaged in transit. We always pack our products securely in order to minimize damage.
Products that are in stock will be delivered within 2–3 working days in Denmark, 7 working days in the EU and 14 working days outside of the EU.
